ROLE OVERVIEW
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) reports to Tim Riley/CEO, is a key member of the senior management team and oversees a technical team of 20 people. This role is open because the current technology leader is retiring. In filling this position, the cooperative is looking for a smooth transition to continue a healthy culture.
The CTO is responsible for guiding all aspects of 3 Rivers’ technology, network, and information systems strategy. This position oversees network architecture, engineering, security, enterprise IT, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that 3 Rivers continues to deliver best-in-class communications services to its members.
