March 2020

It must be time for 3 Rivers Annual Meeting!

3 Rivers' 67th Annual Meeting will be held at the Community Hall in Fairfield on March 16, 2020. Doors open and registration begins at 11:00 a.m. with a buffet lunch served from Noon til 1:00 p.m. The business meeting follows lunch, featuring election of trustees and reports from 3 Rivers' board president, general manager and auditors. We always leave room for questions from the floor and will address any new business brought before the board.

If you plan to attend the meeting, please cast your vote in person. However, if you cannot attend, you can vote by a mail-in absentee ballot included in the Notice of Annual Membership Meeting mailer sent to all members. The Board has approved a general retirement of capital credits and you may pick yours up at the annual meeting. It will be mailed to you if you are not present.

The entire business meeting will be streamed live on 3rivers.net.

3 Rivers' Fairfield office will be closed from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on March 16 but we will be available for phone calls. Conrad, Shelby and Big Sky offices and Browning Radio Shack will be open regular business hours.
