3 Rivers has installed new software to help prevent fraudulent phone calls from reaching you, an issue regularly highlighted by our customers as a significant problem.
Call Guardian will flag calls from a source which meet criteria that indicate they are likely scam or spam calls. If you have Caller ID activated, these calls may be labeled “Potential Spam,” “Potential Scam” or “Potential Fraud”, which you can avoid by not picking up. If the calls meet certain other criteria, they may be blocked entirely.
