Teen service is a second telephone number that shares an existing telephone line. Teen service is particularly useful if there are teenagers in the home. A distinctive ring of the teen service tells you that the incoming call is for the teenager. Teen service is also useful for someone that is running a small business out of the home. Call Waiting will also give a distinct double tone when the teen service number is called. All long distance originates from the main number.
