3 Rivers continues to send technicians into members’ homes during the COVID-19 pandemic, following best practices for proper hygiene and social distancing. We ask for your help in following the same procedures while we’re in your home. Initially, we were being very cautious and paused Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) cutovers. However, now that we have a good process in place for in-home work, we have started up our FTTH cutovers again, where safe.
Also, please note that while the governor of Montana has begun to lift some of the COVID-19 restrictions, he asked businesses that could to continue to stay closed/work from home. 3 Rivers seems to be doing well the way things are, so for the safety and well-being of staff and members, our business offices remain closed to walk-in customers.
