FREE E-Mail Spam and Virus Protection!
3 Rivers Communications provides FREE Barracuda e-mail spam and virus protection to ALL of our Internet e-mail customers. This service is built-in to our e-mail server, and requires no action on your part. Barracuda automatically notifies you via e-mail when it has quarantined spam or potentially dangerous e-mail, which you can access with a username and password.
3 Rivers customers who currently subscribe to our Postini service will be automatically changed over to Barracuda and will no longer be charged a monthly fee. For most Postini customers the changeover will be transparent. Default security settings in Barracuda are sufficient in most instances. However, some current Postini users may wish to adjust their Barracuda settings, rebuild their white lists, etc., to match security levels previously set for Postini. These settings are easily changed by following on-line instructions at the link below. After March 24, 2009, Postini customers will no longer be able to access their Postini quarantine folder.
